Asvotec has know-how for welds in special alloys for Exchangers and Condensers

ASVOTEC performs a new supply for heat exchanger to a fertilizer plant, with ammonia fluid (NH3)
The equipment was developed and manufactured according ASME VIII Div. 1 code, with body in carbon steel, tube-sheet in stainless steel SA-240 304-L and tube bundle in “U” format in stainless steel SA-213 type 316L.
Asvotec delivered four sets of static cyclones
Asvotec delivered four sets of static cyclones capable of separating products of different specific masses, within the FCC Regenerator (Fluid Catalytic Cracking), responsible for the chemical transformation process from heavier fractions to lighter ones, by breaking molecules of the reagent compounds.
ASVOTEC delivers heat exchanger tube bundles for TECHNIP
Asvotec delivered two BEU heat exchanger tube bundles in May, with “U” shaped tubes in 316L stainless alloy for Technip. The bundles will be used in heat exchangers at the RPBC refinery in Cubatão.
Asvotec represents german company Theisen, with advanced technology for treatment and cleaning of industrial gases
In 2017, Asvotec refreshed the cooperation agreement with the German company Theisen GmbH. Theisen, with head office in Munich, is a traditional engineering company with almost 100 years of experience. Theisen provides gas cleaning plants and industrial gas cleaning systems, which can be subdivided in:
- Wet-gas Washers or Disintegrator (Theisen Desintegrator).
- Dry gas separator (Theisen Hot Gas Filter).
Asvotec brings new technology of centralized dust discharge valves, from Germany to Brazil
Through its technology partnership with the German company IMI Z&J GmbH, ASVOTEC brings to Brazil a new concept of Centralized Dust Discharge Valve, with a modern and robust concept.
Asvotec continues supply to Mosaic, which recently bought assets from Vale Fertilizantes
In December, Asvotec sold a new package for the adaptation of the hot gas generator from the furnace that feeds the fertilizer drying of Fospar, in Paraná, a company of Mosaic's group. The package consists of a dilution chamber, with refractory bricks of alumina, suitable for high temperature, two oil lances with assistance for compressed air, for burning heavy oil with the aid of air, in addition to pumping and heating system oil, which will feed the burner.
Couplings for HDPE pipes - PLAST PRO
The couplings for HDPE Pipes-Plast Pro offers the latest technology in pipe jointing with 100% mechanical solution, replacing the traditional thermofusion and electrofusion welds, threadable connections and others available on the market.
Asvotec meets Petrobras with unprecedented skid project
Seven meters length by 1,80 width and 1,80 height. The skid size built for the transportation of tubular bundles made for Petrobras, in Macaé, gives a dimension of the challenge conquered by Asvotec. It is the first time that the company develops this kind of equipment. “It was a new experience. Until now used to sell the bundles and Petrobras by itself bought the skid from other manufacturer. This time they decided to buy all of them together”, tells Sebastião Lopes (Production).
High performance heat exchangers
- Asvotec starts to manufacture a new generation of high performance heat exchangers whose first batch with 14 equipment will be addressed to the Oil Platform – P72 and a second batch of 20 equipment will be delivered to the Oil Platform – P73.
Asvotec started the new partnership with the English company Heatric, subsidiary of the company Meggitt, with the manufacturing of two pilots of PCHEs (Printed Circuit Heat Exchanger) in 2015. The European company is the newest partner for Asvotec for its customers' portfolio, and its products become one of the pillars for keeping the factory load in 2016.
